So we decided to soften the wall color, darken the blue trim, and carry the wall paint onto the ceilings.

Full Exterior Refresh

Gave this home a full exterior refresh.

First, we rebuilt the columns so the porch was properly supported, then wrapped them back up with wood. Next, we replaced the garage door trim with rot-proof pvc.

Then sanded off all the old paint, wood filled, primed and sprayed two coats of finish.

It was a tedious job, but well worth the end result, especially knowing this finish will stand the test of time.

Replaced a rotted door jamb that had deteriorated from moisture over time. The damaged wood was removed and rebuilt to restore a solid mounting surface and clean finish around the door.

Grandma Foley’s bathroom upgrade is complete!

We converted her old tub surround into a much more accessible walk-in shower with a bench, grab bar, rain shower head, and detachable wand.

We also removed the old door and jamb separating the vanity area and widened the opening to make the space feel less confined.

It’s always satisfying to see a transformation come together, but even more meaningful when it’s for family
